Have a couple of bricks with names recovered from a couple of late 19th/early 20th century shipwrecks off Florida/Bahamas. I see the info on the A.P. Green Empire bricks here. The one I have says "A.P. GREEN/MEX-KO" Info here says from Mexico, Mo. Why does this one have KO. Also no "Empire DP" on it either. The other brick I have simply says "ELI" on it. Both are light colored bricks. Any help appreciated.
