Removing a furnace in north NJ installed in the 40's (or earlier) original house was built in 1908, there was a layer of non discript bricks but one has (Backwards S)then followed by "& F Co", thinking it was from the Sayerville brick works, but no example I've seem has a Backwards S. Any clues?
