A.P. Green

I have found a piece of brick in a mountain in Argentina where I live. The brick is stamped with A.P green in the first line and green tex in the second one. I was wondering how could this brick end up in Argentina and what could have been used for.

  1. The brick is a fire brick and may have been used in a boiler or kiln, somewhere. Mountains suggest a possibility of mining, an industry that would use fire brick in smelters , forges casting houses, locomotive fire boxes, and assay muffles, for examples.
