Hi jack, A three star brick could be any of a number of manufacturers. You would have to provide much more info. as to whether stars are double outline, solid raise, "solid" embossed. set into a recess in the brick and the size of the star. A good photo would be good to and the location it was found ... and any marked brick that may have been used with it. Most of these 3-star brick are unique but right now there is too much "territory" to search thru.

  2. I found a three star today in Worcester Mass. The stars are pressed into raised circles. Common red brick. Found Merwin, Kane, Clark, Tuttle and American Enameled Brick and Tile Co nearby, so thinking it's from Conn? Any clues anyone let me know. Kyle aka Brickfrog.wordpress.com

  3. these bricks came from upstate new york and were made in the late 1890s . they were dug from an area now called hobi pond. I have these same bricks and no some of the history on them. however i have a mass quanity of them and trying to find value of what each cleaned brick is worth.
