I recently found a brick buried in my backyard with the engraving "FERBER". I can not find any info on the internet in regards to a FERBER brick co. Any info would be appreciate. The house is tudor style built in 1900-1939 time frame(teaneck,nj). I've found several Nassau,HB Co and F&SBCo bricks on the property already.

The Ferber is the product of the Ferber Brick Co. of Hackensack and Moonachi. They were manufacturing in the early 1930's. I don't know the exact range of years. Ref. Jim Graves - Brick Manufacturers of the United States.
